Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in the United States is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead complex capital projects for data centers, transit and public infrastructure. You will oversee scopes, budgets, schedules and safety, driving delivery with senior leadership.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors and clients at onsite locations, manage RFPs, change orders and permits, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Direct data center development experience; hyper-scale data centers a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of the construction process and management techniques; strong negotiating skills.
• Team player with clear verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook; organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive scopes and RFPs.
• Create and manage correspondence, RFIs, Change Orders, etc.
• Administer the Construction Contract from inception through closeout; manage budgets.
• Interface with building departments to obtain permits; coordinate close-out.
• Manage scheduling, long lead items, critical paths; report cost/schedule risk.
• Lead meetings with Owner, Architect, CM; distribute minutes; drive safety onsite.
