Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking an experienced project leader to deliver data center construction programs across the United States. You’ll act as the primary client liaison, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and drive alignment between design, scope and execution.

This role requires 8+ years in data center project management, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, within a data center or critical environment
• Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery
• Experience working with complex MEP systems and critical infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders across data center construction projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center clients.
• Lead client meetings, reporting, and overall communication strategy throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes for complex data center builds.
• Review and approve subcontractor contracts, change orders, and pay applications.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure strong commercial performance.
• Support estimating, procurement, and bid strategy for data center construction opportunities.
• Lead constructability reviews and value engineering initiatives specific to mission-critical environments.
• Ensure alignment between design, scope, and execution strategy for data center delivery.
• Oversee project schedules, identify delivery risks, and drive accountability across internal teams and subcontractors.
