Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC is seeking a senior leader to guide capital projects across data centers and large-scale infrastructure. You will oversee concept through handover, manage budgets and timelines, and partner with Architects, Engineers, and GCs to deliver outcomes.

You will develop senior leaders, drive cross-functional collaboration, and expand the firm’s client network while maintaining risk controls and program governance. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience/degree.
• 5+ years in the data center industry with strong MEP and commissioning knowledge.
• 3+ years in hyperscale (>30MW) data centers.
• 15+ years of demonstrated knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates and specs.
• Ability to think ahead and plan 3–5 years out.
• Experience leading large markets or business sectors and developing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and advise on all aspects of one or more client capital projects from concept to handover.
• Lead programs/projects, align with owner goals, budget and timeline.
• Collaborate with Architects, Engineers and GCs to achieve project goals.
• Identify risks in construction/commissioning and develop mitigation plans.
• Foster communication among project teams, subcontractors, vendors and clients.
• Engage in thought leadership and build the firm’s brand as a technical expert.
• Spend part of the time on project execution overseeing teams and delivery.
• Travel as needed; remote work majority with in-person client collaboration.
