Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks an experienced Owner's Representative to oversee large-scale infrastructure programs onsite. You will provide executive oversight of construction activities, manage teams of engineers and inspectors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering on schedule and budget.

You will partner with client leadership to make strategic decisions, manage contractual risks, and guide project controls from mobilization to closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration or another related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Owner’s representative in all aspects of project delivery.
• Provide executive-level oversight of construction activities, staff, and consultants.
• Advise Client executive leadership on strategic decisions and issue resolution.
• Lead and direct Resident Engineers, inspectors, project controls personnel, and support staff.
• Maintain full accountability for project-wide safety performance.
• Oversee contractor safety programs, audits, and incident-response protocols.
• Lead all aspects of construction execution from mobilization through closeout.
• Ensure alignment with project scope, contractual requirements, and Client objectives.
• Monitor and manage schedule and budget performance, reporting to executive leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
