Job summary

Capital Credit Union is seeking an experienced Indirect Lending Relationship Manager in Green Bay, WI to grow and strengthen dealer partnerships, promote loan growth, and deliver exceptional service. You will serve as the primary liaison with auto, powersports, marine, and other dealers and provide training and onboarding for new partners.

Travel extensively across the service area to visit dealers, monitor performance, report trends to lending leadership, and collaborate on incentive programs

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in financial services, lending, sales, business development, dealership finance, or relationship management.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation and training abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and lending-related software systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with indirect lending partners across dealer types.
• Identifies and establishes relationships with prospective dealerships.
• Serves as the primary liaison between Capital Credit Union and indirect lending partners.
• Provides training and support to dealership staff on processes and documentation.
• Onboards new dealerships, including dealer agreements, system setup, processing requirements, and training.
• Collaborates with lending leadership to develop incentive programs and growth initiatives.
• Monitors dealer performance, market trends, and reports insights to leadership.
• Represents the credit union at dealer events and industry functions.
• Travels extensively throughout the service area to meet partners.
• Keeps up-to-date on indirect lending regulations and contracts.
