Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Schedule Lead for the Horizon 2 program based in El Segundo, CA. The role focuses on developing and maintaining a consolidated Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for DoD-space programs, coordinating with program teams and senior DoD leadership.

You will analyze schedules for critical paths, risks, and impacts, and communicate findings clearly. Requires a BS degree and 10+ years of government/FFRDC scheduling experience, with strong MS Project and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years scheduling/PM exp. in gov/FFRDC or related.
• Expert-level scheduling with a track record on complex programs.
• Strong customer-facing communication and leadership briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to track milestones and deliverables.
• Review and integrate diverse schedules into a cohesive IMS in MS Project.
• Provide schedule/predictive analysis to inform leadership decisions.
