Alegeus in Boston is seeking an Implementation Manager, Managed Services to own the end-to-end Employer Solutions implementations. You will bring together discovery, configuration, testing, readiness, and transition activities to deliver a seamless Partner experience.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risk, and drive readiness while seeking opportunities for smarter processes and automation. This role is hybrid with 25% in-office time in Boston, MA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of implementation or related experience in onboarding or project management.
• Experience with employer groups or benefits platforms is preferred.
• PMP/PMBOK/Lean/Six Sigma credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation journey from kickoff to go-live.
• Build practical project plans, milestones, governance, and communications rhythms.
• Lead complex cross-functional implementations and client-facing programs.
• Drive readiness and handoff to ongoing managed services.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
