Job summary

Alegeus is hiring an Implementation Manager, Managed Services. You will lead complex Employer Solutions implementations, coordinating discovery, configuration, testing, readiness, and transition to ensure a seamless Partner experience.

With 5+ years in related roles and 2+ years in complex cross-functional leadership, you’ll work in a 25% in-office hybrid model across Boston, Orlando, and other hubs. Proficiency in Excel, CRM and project tools is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, onboarding, operations, project management, or related field.
• 2+ years leading complex cross-functional implementations or client-facing programs.
• Experience with employer groups, Partners, third-party admins, health plans, or benefits technology platforms.
• Familiarity with consumer-directed benefits such as HSAs, FSAs, HRAs; COBRA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation journey from kickoff to go-live with discovery, configuration, testing, readiness and transition activities.
• Build practical project plans, milestones, governance, and communication rhythms for alignment.
• Translate Partner needs across benefits setup, eligibility/files, funding, integrations, reporting and service readiness.
• Lead through challenges, manage dependencies, risks, scope changes, and stakeholder coordination.
• Drive readiness with quality controls for configurations, files, communications, training and handoff.
• Use insights to identify smarter processes and automation opportunities.
