Alegeus in Boston is seeking an Implementation Manager, Managed Services to own the end-to-end Employer Solutions implementations. You will bring together discovery, configuration, testing, readiness, and transition activities to deliver a seamless Partner experience.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risk, and drive readiness while seeking opportunities for smarter processes and automation. This role is hybrid with 25% in-office time in Boston, MA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of implementation or related experience in onboarding or project management.
• Experience with employer groups or benefits platforms is preferred.
• PMP/PMBOK/Lean/Six Sigma credentials are a plus.

Experience with consumer-directed benefits such as HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, Lifestyle Spending Accounts, COBRA, or related benefit administration is highly preferred.* **Education:** Experience with project management methodologies or credentials such as **PMP, PMBOK, Lean, or Six Sigma** is a plus.
