Job summary

Alegeus is seeking a Project Manager to own and drive complex client implementations from kickoff to go-live. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder alignment, and escalate issues with recommended solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in project management with strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Boston, MA part of the week.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of project management, implementation, consulting, or client-facing experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP certification is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent client implementations from kickoff through successful production launch.
• Own the overall success of each project by proactively driving scope, schedule, risks, decisions, and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop detailed implementation plans that anticipate dependencies and client readiness.
• Facilitate organized, outcome-driven meetings with clear agendas, decisions, and action items.
