Job summary

ADP is seeking an Implementation Manager II to lead the regional implementation function across Augusta or Alpharetta. You will oversee start volume, timing, productivity, and quality while mentoring leaders and coordinating with Sales, Client Service, Teledata, and other groups to deliver a superior client experience.

The role requires strong communication, remote management capability, and a track record of building high-performance teams.

Qualifications

• Two years in a managerial role.
• Effective oral and written communication required.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Implementation function to meet all objectives including start volume, timing, productivity, and quality.
• Continuously reviews team performance; identifies and addresses opportunities for improvement.
• Implements initiatives to improve Service Delivery; provides feedback to Service Operations.
• Manages the Sales relationship for the assigned Sales organization.
• Ensures the resolution of escalated sales issues.
• Works with Sales to anticipate start volume and ensure timely, high-quality starts.
• Communicates process changes to Sales.
• May direct a dedicated sales helpdesk.
• Sets and communicates team goals; develops tactical plans.
• Translates SBS Service vision into messages and communicates with associates.
• Implements budget input with VP/GM and Controller; manages expenses.
• Leads two Implementation teams and ensures coverage to meet regional objectives.
• Visits large clients to enhance service relationships and gather feedback.
• Hires and on-boards new associates; manages performance and development.
• Coaches leaders to build bench strength; partners with cross-functional groups to deliver client experience.
• Delivers pre-acquisition due diligence support and acquisition conversion planning.
• Executes conversion plans post-acquisition and tracks target rates.
• Communicates strategic goals and keeps teams aligned.
