Job summary

Alegeus is seeking an Implementation Manager, Managed Services in a hybrid role with Florida and Massachusetts hubs. You will lead complex Employer Solutions implementations, coordinating discovery, configuration, testing, readiness, and transition activities to ensure a smooth Partner experience.

You will build clear project plans, manage risks, and drive readiness for successful launches while collaborating with cross-functional teams and Partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, client onboarding, operations, or related field.
• 2+ years leading complex cross‑functional implementations or client‑facing programs.
• Experience with HSAs, FSAs, COBRA, or related benefit administration is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation journey from kickoff to go-live.
• Build practical project plans with milestones, governance, and communications rhythms.
• Translate Partner needs into action across benefit administration, files, integrations, and reporting.
• Lead risk management, scope changes, and stakeholder alignment to keep deployments moving forward.
• Drive readiness with quality controls for configurations, training, and handoff to managed services.

• Own the implementation journey from kickoff to go-live, bringing together discovery, configuration, testing, readiness, and transition activities to create a confident and seamless Partner experience.
• Bring clarity to complex launches by building practical project plans, milestones, governance, decision‑making processes, and communication rhythms that keep Partners and cross‑functional teams aligned and accountable.
• Turn Partner needs into action, connecting requirements across benefit administration, employer setup, eligibility and contribution files, funding and banking, integrations, communications, reporting, and service readiness.
• Lead with confidence when challenges arise, anticipating dependencies, identifying risks early, navigating scope changes, and mobilizing the right stakeholders to remove barriers and keep implementations moving forward.
• Make readiness more than a milestone by driving quality controls that confirm configurations, files, communications, training, documentation, and support processes are prepared for a successful launch and handoff to ongoing managed services.
• Help us continuously raise the bar by using project insights, performance trends, and recurring challenges to identify opportunities for smarter processes, stronger Partner experiences, and meaningful automation.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

Abilities: A highly organized, action‑oriented leader who can bring structure to complex work, anticipate risks, analyze information, influence without direct authority, and communicate with credibility across executive, technical, operational, Partner, and employer audiences. You build trust, encourage shared accountability, and turn challenges into practical solutions.

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in implementation, client onboarding, operations, project management, benefits administration, or a related field is preferred, including 2+ years leading complex cross‑functional implementations or client‑facing programs. Experience working with employer groups, Partners, third‑party administrators, health plans, financial institutions, or benefits technology platforms is preferred. Experience with consumer‑directed benefits such as HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, Lifestyle Spending Accounts, COBRA, or related benefit administration is highly preferred.

Education: Experience with project management methodologies or credentials such as PMP, PMBOK, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, along with project or work‑management tools, is expected; experience with implementation, ticketing, CRM, or workflow platforms is a plus.

Location: 25% in‑office hybrid (Boston, MA; Orlando, FL)

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job‑related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Compensation Range: $66,800.00 - $113,700.00
