Job summary

Galderma Livingston, NJ, is seeking an Account Manager, Immunology to drive sales across high-value accounts and implement strategic plans. You will promote Rx and consumer products, collaborate with access teams, and build strong KOL relationships in a fast-growing dermatology portfolio.

The role requires 5+ years of outside sales, dermatology or medical sales experience, and a proven track record in account management. Travel and regulatory-compliant field activity are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience with variable commission potential.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical/sales experience in dermatology or medical sales.
• Previous account management experience with strong performance history.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to learn product/industry concepts and sell consultatively.
• Ability to travel regularly and work independently with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Promote Galderma Rx and consumer portfolio to high-value accounts.
• Develop and execute cross-functional account plans for key customers.
• Collaborate with market access, reimbursement, and internal teams.
• Manage relationships with key opinion leaders and professional bodies.
• Plan field-based activities and participate in speaker bureau engagements.
• Monitor performance, forecast opportunities, and drive growth.
