Galderma Laboratories, LP is seeking an Account Manager in Immunology for the Houston South, TX area. You will acquire brand strategy knowledge, promote Rx products, and lead cross-functional account plans to grow Galderma's portfolio while aligning market access and reimbursement objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• Five+ years outside sales experience required.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience in dermatology or medical sales required.
• Prior account management experience.
• Business-to-business sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and sales reporting software.
• Demonstrated ability to learn product and industry information.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain expertise in brand/segment strategy with product knowledge.
• Promote Rx products and support launches in a competitive market.
• Lead cross-functional account plans to penetrate and grow key accounts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to drive demand, access, and reimbursement.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders and external partners to strengthen relationships.
• Plan and execute field-based activities compliant with standards.
