Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to cultivate deep relationships with its US iGaming clients. You will manage multiple accounts, drive adoption of our game portfolio, and collaborate with marketing to optimize presence and performance on client sites.

The role requires 5+ years in account management within online/digital sectors, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a track record of revenue growth with B2B clients.

Qualifications

• University degree in Commerce or Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in online/digital industry.
• Experience growing existing portfolio and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong relationships with executives, peers, and stakeholders.
• Experience in iGaming or commercial space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with US Light & Wonder clients across multiple states.
• Manage multiple clients, conduct regular reviews, and track client requirements.
• Maximize value of Light & Wonder portfolio including first-party and third-party studios.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize games on client sites and secure premium positioning.
• Provide data-driven insights on product performance vs competitors.
• Upsell new products and premium offerings to existing clients.
• Coordinate with Product and internal teams to respond to inquiries and feedback.
