Job summary

Light & Wonder seeks a Commercial Account Manager to deepen relationships with US iGaming clients and drive revenue growth across the portfolio. You will manage multiple operator accounts, coordinate post-sale support, and work with marketing and product teams to optimize game performance on client sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in digital account management, proven B2B negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting revenue targets in a fast-paced, regulated industry.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management experience in a digital/online industry.
• Proven ability to grow revenue with existing clients and manage contracts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with Light & Wonder US clients.
• Manage multiple clients with regular review meetings and backlogs.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses with product and marketing teams.
• Drive upsell opportunities for new products and premium offerings.
• Deliver revenues in line with forecasts and maintain client satisfaction.
