Job summary

Light & Wonder in Las Vegas is seeking a Commercial Marketing Manager to drive planning, creation, and activation of promotional marketing for our iGaming content portfolio across North America. You will translate product strategy into operator-ready campaigns and go-to-market plans, working with operator and internal teams to support game launches and ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing or CRM within iGaming, tech, software, or related industry.
• Previous experience with iGaming operators or suppliers, with exposure to CRM, promotions, or lifecycle teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform and improve performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with North America commercial account teams to champion and activate marketing capabilities with operator partners.
• Define campaign objectives with operators, shape execution plans, and support delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, communicate, and deliver complex campaigns.
• Oversee promotional planning with operators, including calendars, timelines, Elevate tools, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Define and track campaign success against KPIs and ROI.
