Job summary

Collective Insights is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Leader to design, implement, and optimize modern identity solutions across IAM/SSO/MFA, IGA, PAM/PIM/EPM, and machine identities. You will partner with clients to align identity strategy with Zero Trust, regulatory obligations, and measurable value realization.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8+ years in IAM across multiple subdomains, a Bachelor’s in CS or Info Security, and a track record of crafting secure, scalable architectures

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in IAM across multiple subdomains with enterprise delivery.
• Bachelor’s in CS or Info Security; Master’s preferred.
• Proven ability to craft secure, scalable IAM architectures and reference implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of target‑state IAM architectures and patterns.
• Engage with clients to define roadmaps and operating models.
• Guide implementation teams, policies, and automation integrations.
• Align controls to regulatory standards and risk management.
• Mentor engineers and conduct design reviews; ensure non‑functional requirements.
