Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Leader to build and lead our enterprise IAM function. Reporting to the CISO, you will define the IAM vision, roadmap, and oversee major transformations across workforce, customers, and non-human identities.

You will lead a globally distributed team, collaborate with Cybersecurity, IT, HR, Legal and Risk, and drive least-privilege and Zero Trust principles across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 12 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity with at least 8+ years focused on Identity & Access Management.
• Proven experience building or maturing an enterprise IAM function in a complex, global organization.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise IAM strategy, operating model, and roadmap.
• Oversee IAM transformation initiatives and budget accountability.
• Lead design and maturation of IGA capabilities and PAM program.
• Drive authentication, SSO, MFA, federation and lifecycle management across environments.
• Lead a globally distributed IAM team and partner across functions.
