Job summary

Pitney Bowes seeks an experienced Security Identity & Access Technical Leader to design, govern and modernize enterprise IAM. You will partner across security, infrastructure, HR, engineering, and lines of business to deliver secure, scalable access across the organization.

You will architect solutions for authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, and API security, and lead initiatives like passwordless and AI‑driven threat detection.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in IT/cybersecurity with IAM focus.
• Deep expertise in IAM, Zero Trust, and modern identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Experience with enterprise IAM platforms (on‑prem and cloud).
• Strong communication and cross‑team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern IAM strategy, roadmap, and governance model.
• Architect security, authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, and API access controls.
• Lead modernization efforts like Zero Trust and passwordless authentication.
• Oversee Privileged Access Management (CyberArk) and machine identity security.
• Manage cross‑team collaboration and ensure project delivery within scope and budget.
