Job summary

NorthMark Strategies LLC is seeking a Manager of Identity and Access Management to lead a team of IAM engineers and shape the enterprise identity program across human and workload identities. You will drive cryptographic attestation, PKI, and zero-trust initiatives while collaborating with Platform Engineering, DevOps, and IT leadership in a hybrid enterprise.

Qualifications

Senior IAM leadership experience across enterprise and workload identity domains.
Proven ability to set strategy and drive zero-trust initiatives.
Strong communication with engineering and executive stakeholders.
Hands-on expertise with SPIFFE/SPIRE, PKI, and mTLS in cloud/hpc environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of IAM engineers, setting priorities and fostering growth.
Own strategy and roadmap for enterprise identity, RBAC, PAM, and access governance.
Drive workload/service identity programs using SPIFFE/SPIRE and cryptographic attestation.
Oversee PKI strategy and certificate lifecycle for scalable issuance and revocation.
Lead adoption of mTLS for service-to-service authentication across microservices.
Advance zero-trust identity across on‑premises and cloud environments.
