Job summary

3M is seeking a Cybersecurity Identity Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise IAM across cloud and on-prem environments. The role focuses on identity governance, authentication, authorization, and privileged access, coordinating with IT and business teams to meet regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will drive identity strategy, API/container integrations, and security controls while staying current on IAM trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science.
• Ten years of identity management experience in large environments.
• CIAM certification is a plus.
• Experience with multi-national enterprises and IAM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, identity federation, IDV, IGA and privileged access management.
• Develop and maintain identity architecture blueprints, standards, and roadmaps.
• Translate security requirements into technical designs and authorization mappings.
• Lead evaluations of IAM tools and oversee their integration.
• Integrate IAM with SOC, Data Security, AI, and network tooling.
