Job summary

Southwest Mechanical Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers while driving service, repair, retrofit, and maintenance agreement sales.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and coordinate with operations to deliver exceptional service. The role aims to grow existing accounts, secure new business opportunities, and support revenue and retention goals by proposing solutions that meet customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical services, facilities management, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
• Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with facility managers, property managers, building engineers, and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular customer visits to review equipment condition, service performance, and future needs.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
