EMCOR Mesa seeks an Account Manager to build and nurture client relationships across vertical markets, promoting HVAC, energy efficiency solutions, and related services. You will craft presentations, manage pricing and proposals, and collaborate with operations and sales teams to drive growth.

The role requires 3+ years in HVAC sales/service, strong communication, and financial acumen. It is an on-site position with a focus on meeting annual sales plans and delivering value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
• 3+ years of HVAC commercial service or related field.
• Strong customer presentation skills and sales aptitude.
• Financial acumen including cost modeling for sales proposals.
• Independent decision making is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for new accounts and maintain existing client relationships.
• Develop sales presentations and client proposal documents with financial and technical sections.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager, Branch Manager and team to meet objectives and improve programs.
• Maintain client pricing, payments, and A/R; provide QA support and participate in industry events.
