EMCOR Mesa seeks an Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships across vertical markets, promoting maintenance, repair, energy efficiency, and service offerings. You will coordinate with operations, sales, and project teams to maximize opportunities and profitability.

The role emphasizes prospecting, price and payment oversight, and delivering compelling client presentations to drive growth and cross-sell across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC commercial service or related field.
• Strong customer presentation skills and sales aptitude.
• Financial acumen including cost modeling for proposals.
• Independent decision making and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new accounts and maintain existing client relationships.
• Provide clients with product services and information; develop sales presentations.
• Develop, write and review client proposals with financial and technical sections.
• Manage pricing, payments and A/R; ensure QA support and trade show participation.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Branch Manager and other teams to reach objectives.
• Deliver client presentations and grow account sales at defined margins.
• Reach annual sales plans and contribute to growth in market share.
