Carrier Global Corporation in the Richmond area is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service by developing opportunities across service agreements, repairs, and modernizations for commercial HVAC.

The role is field-based in the Greater Richmond and surrounding areas, including Roanoke, with a focus on building trusted advisor relationships to optimize clients’ building assets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs and work around rooftops and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Develop territory plans and expand relationships with new and existing clients.
• Track sales activities and manage your pipeline within the CRM.
• Sell service agreements, repairs and modernization projects.
• Present at customer seminars to build relationships and opportunities.
