USA Mechanical & Energy Service, a long-established HVAC service contractor, is seeking a Service Account Manager to build and maintain long-term customer relationships with building facilities personnel and owners. You will drive service maintenance agreements, renewals, and quotations while coordinating with dispatch, sales, and project teams to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills, plus an ability to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, business, or related field.
• AA degree or equivalent with HVAC sales experience acceptable.
• 3+ years HVAC sales/plumbing or related experience required.

Responsabilités

• Develop new customer accounts via referrals, project work, and warm calling.
• Maintain service customer relationships to maximize revenues and renewals.
• Prepare quotes, manage timelines, and report in CRM.
• Analyze customer purchases/needs to tailor service offerings.
• Travel locally to meet clients and present solutions.
