Job summary

USA Mechanical & Energy Service is seeking an experienced Service Account Manager to grow long-term relationships with facility owners and operators. You will drive service maintenance agreements, respond to quotes, and manage accounts to maximize revenue in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include developing new accounts, maintaining client relationships, and using data to inform strategic planning. Local travel and strong presentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, business, or related field.
• AA degree or equivalent from a two-year college; 3+ years HVAC sales or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer accounts by contacting potential clients and warm calling in territory.
• Maintain service customer relationships to maximize revenues through account penetration.
• Support quotes, pricing, and CRM updates; manage multiple tasks with tight timelines.
• Prepare and present sales data and performance to clients and management.
• Travel locally to engage customers and grow territory.
