Job summary

USA Mechanical & Energy Services, a 25+-year HVAC-R service leader, seeks a Service Account Manager to grow long-term customer relationships and drive service revenue. You will manage quotes, renewals, and new maintenance agreements while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, technical sales ability, and excellent communication. Expect local travel, CRM use, and frequent client interactions across service and maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, business, or related field.
• 3+ years HVAC sales experience or equivalent combination required.
• Proven history in technical sales and building customer relationships.
• Strong presentation and pricing skills; capable of handling complex quotes.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer accounts through referrals, project work, and warm calls.
• Act as liaison between customers and office; manage quotes and orders.
• Prepare pre-call plans, visits, and support for accounts in territory.
• Research and provide competitive sales data to inform strategy.
• Grow sales with existing accounts by converting leads to opportunities.
• Follow up quotes and maintain CRM-based account plans and reports.
• Identify customer needs and craft action plans to meet them.
• Travel locally to maintain relationships and perform site visits as needed.
