USA Mechanical & Energy Service is seeking an Account Manager to grow long-term relationships with building facilities personnel and owners. You will drive service maintenance agreements and convert quotes into revenue while coordinating with offices and field teams.

You will manage multiple tasks, from dispatch to quotes to reporting, and you will travel locally to nurture key accounts and develop new business opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, business, or related field.
• 3+ years HVAC sales experience or equivalent; plumbing or related HVAC experience acceptable.
• Proven technical sales success and ability to price systems for customers.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to manage multiple duties.

Responsabilidades

• Develop long-term relationships with building facilities personnel/owners.
• Generate and develop service maintenance agreements and new business.
• Follow up quotes and manage sales pipeline in a CRM.
• Travel locally to develop and maintain accounts and territory.
• Prepare business plans and maintain customer records and data.
