Carrier is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service by developing opportunities across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, controls, digital solutions, and lifecycle offerings. Build trusted advisor relationships to optimize performance, reliability, and lifecycle value of customer assets.

You will connect Carrier services to outcomes supporting capital renewal, reducing operating costs, improving equipment uptime, and minimizing risk.

Formación

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
• Experience selling service agreements, repairs, modernization projects, or lifecycle solutions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop territory plans and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline in CRM to consistently hit annual targets.
• Lead consultative proposals and secure service agreement bookings and renewals.
• Sell the full Carrier HVAC service portfolio (service agreements, repairs, modernizations).
• Create and maintain Sales Territory and Account plans where needed.
• Present at customer seminars to develop relationships and opportunities.
