Job summary

Our client, a Fresno‑area HVAC and building‑solutions provider, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the sales department and support a growth‑oriented team across the Central Valley. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, manage pipelines and forecasting, and drive attainment of annual targets, including reviewing contracts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
• Mechanical or similar service-sales industry experience.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Setting targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts
• Hiring and developing service-sales staff
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with sales reps to drive activity metrics
• Building and leading a team of salespeople to help drive revenue through new business development activities
• Train, direct, and evaluate sellers on the company value proposition
• Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
