Job summary

Greater San Diego Air Conditioning in San Diego is seeking an experienced HVAC Account Manager to join our family-owned team. You will present and sell company products to new and existing customers, focusing on building long-term client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HVAC or related sales, strong customer service, and familiarity with CRM platforms. The role is Monday–Friday with competitive pay and benefits, and opportunities for growth through internal training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) or similar trade.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
• Able to take on multiple tasks and manage priorities.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• HVAC knowledge, education, and experience are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Promote client relationships through continuous communication.
• Generate clear and concise communication and reports.
• Be an integral contributor to discussions and solutions to benefit the success and growth of the company and its clients.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
• Create sales material to present to customers.
