Qualifications

5+ years of progressive sales, business development, account management, or sales leadership experience within HVAC/building systems.
2+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical Systems, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred.
Strong financial acumen including ROI, lifecycle cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities
