Step into a leadership role with Carter Services, LLC as our next full-time HVAC Sales Manager in our Northridge CA location. Offering a compensation package worth $80,000 to $150,000+ , this full-time inside and outside position that rewards results and initiative.

You will work a consistent, full-time schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, out of our Northridge, CA office.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC
• 2+ years of experience in sales or leadership roles
• Financial competency, including KPI's & gross profit
• Experience with HVAC field software (i.e. ServiceTitan)
• Positive "can do" attitude

Preferred:

• Experience with installation, service/repair, sales, and operations
• Competitive industry experience
