Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience in facilities planning and/or construction management processes.
• Experience with estimating, budgeting, and scheduling practices.
• Knowledge of construction costs, escalation factors, and market trends.
• Familiarity with building codes and contracting laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual plans and budgets for campus projects.
• Coordinate project completion with building management, vendors, and JCI staff.
• Prepare proposals and conduct meetings to facilitate project execution.
• Assist or lead project design phases with customers.
