Johnson Controls seeks an on-site HVAC Controls Project Manager to lead control systems projects for assigned customers from planning through closeout. You will manage technical execution, customer communication, subcontractor coordination, and project financial performance to deliver on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities include coordinating vendors and field teams, overseeing commissioning and documentation, driving profitability, and mentoring technicians and engineers to uphold

Competenze

• 6 years of related field experience in HVAC/Controls or Building Automation Systems.
• Hands-on experience in system design and commissioning of digital HVAC controls.
• Ability to communicate technical material clearly to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of control theory.

Mansioni

• Lead assigned control systems projects from planning through closeout.
• Own project financial results including costs, billings, collections and profitability; pursue change orders.
• Coordinate communication with customers throughout all project phases.
• Direct subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and admin support.
• Manage material selection, ordering, budget, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate jobsite panel locations and ensure installation aligns with literature and requirements.
• Complete controller loading, device verification, commissioning, and documentation.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical support to team members.
