Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC and Plumbing sales experience in Construction.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Strong customer relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Mechanical estimation and B2B sales experience required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve goals.
• Identify target prospects based on offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners.
• Generate and qualify leads via phone and email.
• Schedule sales appointments and activities.
• Close sales with excellent customer service and salesmanship.
• Track appointments, status reports, and sales progress.
