This role demands a customer-focused leader with experience in mechanical services, strong P&L acumen, and ability to travel. You will represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events, driving revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Equivalent industry experience in mechanical services may be considered.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Arizona.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development in HVAC/R/plumbing.
• Strong background in contract management, P&L oversight, and client relationships.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for HVAC/R and plumbing services, manage client relationships, and oversee communications to ensure contract retention and expansion.
• Oversee P&L, track financial targets, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct site visits, attend industry events, and ensure adherence to safety and training standards.
• Develop new business and expand existing client accounts to grow revenue in Arizona.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to align service delivery with financial goals.
