Jobot is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Sales professional in the Phoenix, AZ area. You will leverage deep HVAC knowledge to promote projects and maintenance, consistently meeting sales targets while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in commercial HVAC.
• Proven outside sales, account and territory management track record.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and applications.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with proven targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CRM and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Promote HVAC projects/maintenance and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain client relationships within assigned territory.
• Monitor market and competitors; adjust strategies to maximize sales.
• Close deals with strong negotiation and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical team to tailor solutions.
• Create clear proposals/quotations for customers.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date through education and networks.
