Job summary

Control Air Enterprises LLC is seeking a seasoned HVAC Service Salesperson to drive revenue and build lasting relationships in the San Marcos area. The role emphasizes expansion of preventative maintenance services and proactive client engagement.

The candidate will develop HVAC maintenance proposals, support key accounts, and collaborate with a team while also driving individual results. Local candidates with 5+ years HVAC experience are preferred, with base pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience.
• Proven track record in sales and relationship building.
• Local to San Marcos, CA.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth within the assigned territory through the sale of preventative maintenance services.
• Develop and generate HVAC preventive maintenance proposals using the company's software.
• Support and maintain existing client relationships through proactive engagement and by providing effective solutions.
• Communicate regularly with all accounts, with a particular focus on maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork skills as part of a collaborative sales team, while also excelling as a proactive, self-motivated individual.
• Report to management at the Anaheim, CA office and participate in weekly and monthly team meetings, both virtually and in person.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of HVAC experience to the table.

Responsibilities And Required Skills

• Must be highly organized.
