Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and digital offerings. This field-based role focuses on building advisory relationships, optimizing building assets, and driving lifecycle value for customers in Greater San Francisco and the Bay Area.

The role emphasizes a strong sales focus, training, and access to an extensive support network from a global OEM. Travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related field.
• Experience selling service agreements, repairs, or lifecycle solutions preferred.
• Able to travel and meet customers onsite.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and drive growth in Carrier’s service portfolio.
• Manage pipeline and CRM, hitting annual sales targets.
• Close deals, renew service agreements, and upsell offerings.
• Present at customer seminars and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Promote Carrier value aligned to customer objectives and outcomes.
• Coordinate with team and leverage global OEM backing.
