Job summary

Innovative Air delivers HVAC solutions backed by technical expertise and strong manufacturer partnerships. The Account Manager will develop long-term customer relationships, promote Innovative Air offerings, and expand account penetration with contractor and consulting engineer accounts.

The role includes 100% commission potential with a draw, full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement), and requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to develop deep customer relationships.
• Ability to communicate clearly, diplomatically, and with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities with existing and new customers and collect project data.
• Develop relationships with multiple buying influences within the customer organization.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants on project specifications and cost estimates.
• Manage project take-off, pricing, orders, tracking and follow-up.
• Maintain industry memberships and participate in meetings.
