You will serve as the trusted advisor and internal advocate, bridging sales, service operations, and project teams while pursuing upsell opportunities and contract renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of commercial HVAC/controls sales or service experience.
• 3–5 years in account management or technical sales.
• Experience managing service contracts and pricing negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with assigned customers to increase revenue and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to upsell service contract expansions, equipment additions, and new lines of business.
• Manage renewals and contract negotiations with price escalations.
• Coordinate planned service outages and major repairs with facility managers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to meet customer needs.
• Provide sales quotes and respond to proposals.
