Job summary

Quantum North America, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Services Account Manager in Corpus Christi to build lasting customer relationships through HVAC services and products. You will identify prospective clients, win their trust with our solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure service excellence.

The role requires 3–5 years in HVAC and 1–2 years in service/sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Business or technical degree preferred. Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in HVAC solutions
• Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in service/sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc)
• Work Location and Hours Corpus Christi Office Typically 8-5 M-F, occasional after-hours, must meet sales plan

Responsibilities

• Develops list of prospective customers by territory research.
• Reviews orders for ideas to expand services available to present customers.
• Calls on prospects to explain features of services, cost, and advantages.
• Writes orders and schedules initiation of services.
• Maintains a pipeline of future sales opportunities to meet goals.
