You will work with service and operations teams to strengthen relationships, expand accounts, and influence customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HVAC or related sectors, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of HVAC or related sector experience with client account management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs, goals, and long-term facility plans.
• Manage preventive maintenance and service agreements, ensuring customer requirements are understood and supported.
• Partner with internal service and operations teams to coordinate solutions and resolve customer concerns.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, expand services, and support account growth.
• Monitor account performance, prepare customer reports, and provide recommendations based on customer needs and market trends.
• Travel regularly to customer sites throughout the local and regional service area.
