Qualifications

• 10+ years leading service operations in multi-trade settings.
• Proven track record managing large teams.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical distribution.
• Experience in contract management, estimating, and P&L.
• Union workforce management experience preferred.
• Client relations, conflict resolution, and operational improvement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all service operations in Corpus Christi.
