Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain client relationships across multiple markets, promoting maintenance, repair, replacement, and energy efficiency offerings. You will collaborate with various teams to maximize sales opportunities within existing and potential accounts.

The role requires 3+ years in HVAC service, strong sales and presentation skills, and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC commercial service or related field.
• Strong customer presentation skills, sales aptitude, and financial acumen, including cost modeling for sales proposals.
• Independent decision making is required.
• Strong computer skills using MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Candidate should possess a competitive nature and be articulate.
• Ideal candidate will be goal oriented, ambitious, and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new accounts and present product services/information to clients.
• Maintain existing client relationships and manage pricing, payments, and A/R.
• Develop sales presentations and client proposals with financial/technical sections.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and team to achieve objectives.
• Deliver client presentations and write proposals using standard templates.
