Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
• 3+ years in HVAC commercial service or related field.
• Technical experience in Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance preferred.
• Strong customer presentation, sales aptitude, and financial acumen including cost modeling.
• Independent decision making is required.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Competitive, articulate, and high-energy.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new accounts and maintain client relationships to grow sales.
• Develop sales presentations and client proposals with pricing models.
• Manage pricing, payments, and A/R; provide QA support and participate in trade shows.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and team to maximize opportunities.
• Communicate with Operations, chiller teams, project management, and sales to align efforts.
