Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert supporting the POTFF program. The role provides strategic guidance, programmatic oversight, and technical expertise to plan, develop, and synchronize Human Performance services for SOF personnel and their families.

The position requires U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance or eligibility. Duties include policy development, training, and evidence-based program support across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience consulting within designated function.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Develops solutions to highly complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation.
• Credentials and licensure may be required for practice.

Responsibilities

• Function as enterprise-wide technical authority within POTFF for HPA.
• Lead strategic planning, policy development, and data integration efforts.
• Mentor embedded health and performance professionals.
• Develop training, research, and communications for human performance initiatives.
• Provide expert consultation to senior leaders across USSOCOM and related departments.
